We guide government entities through their cloud adoption journey with a systematic approach:
Understanding Needs and Objectives: We start by assessing the entity's current IT infrastructure, understanding the specific needs, challenges, and desired outcomes of the organisation to tailor our approach.
Strategic Planning: We create a strategic plan that outlines the most suitable cloud hosting or software services, focusing on security, compliance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. This plan includes a detailed timeline and roadmap for the implementation.
Choosing the Right Cloud Model: We advise on selecting the best cloud model—public, private, or hybrid—based on data sensitivity, regulatory requirements, and operational needs.
Implementation Guidance: We oversee the implementation process, ensuring a smooth setup of the cloud environment, data migration, and integration of cloud services with existing systems.
Ongoing Support and Optimisation: Post-implementation, we continue to provide support to optimise cloud service performance and assist in scaling services according to the organisation's evolving needs.
This structured approach ensures a seamless transition to cloud technologies, enabling public sector organisations to improve efficiency and service delivery. - Planning service works with specific services

We help public sector organisations smoothly migrate to the cloud or transition between cloud services. Here’s how we facilitate these processes:
Assessment and Planning: We begin by thoroughly assessing your current IT infrastructure and workloads to understand specific requirements and potential challenges. This includes evaluating your data, applications, and system dependencies.
Strategy Development: Based on assessment, we develop a migration strategy that aligns with your organisational goals and complies with relevant regulations. This outlines the best approach for migration, whether it’s to a public, private, or hybrid cloud environment.
Cloud Selection: We help you select the most suitable cloud provider that matches your security, performance, and cost requirements. Including comparing different services to find the best fit.
Execution: We manage the entire migration process, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. This involves secure data transfer, application re-hosting, re-platforming, and thorough testing to ensure functionality and performance in the new cloud environment.
Post-Migration Support: After migration, we provide ongoing support to optimise your cloud environment. This includes performance tuning, cost management, and scaling services to adapt to your evolving needs.
Our goal is to ensure a seamless transition to the cloud, enhancing operational efficiency and enabling you to better serve your stakeholders. - Setup or migration service is for specific cloud services

- How the quality assurance and performance testing works
-
Our approach to assisting buyers with quality assurance and performance testing involves a structured, comprehensive process:
Define Testing Objectives: Collaborate with clients to define what quality means for their specific cloud project, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
Develop a Testing Strategy: We create a tailored testing strategy that includes types of tests to be conducted (such as load testing, stress testing, and user acceptance testing), tools to be used, and the testing schedule.
Setup Testing Environment: Establish a controlled testing environment that mimics the production environment as closely as possible to ensure that test results are accurate and indicative of real-world usage.
Execute Tests: We systematically execute tests according to the strategy, using automated tools where appropriate to increase efficiency, reduce human error.
Analyse Results and Optimise: After testing, we analyse the data to identify any performance bottlenecks or quality issues. We then work with the client to refine cloud setup, adjusting improve performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Continuous Improvement: We provide ongoing support and periodic re-testing to adapt to changes and continuously enhance system performance and reliability.
This ensures that cloud services are robust, reliable, and ready to meet demands of end-users.

Tackling economic inequality
• As a B Corp accredited firm, we have a responsibility to promote corporate social responsibility through our platform. We champion the value of diversity and inclusion to our 680,000+ followers through our events programme and various thought leadership initiatives, challenging archaic industry paradigms and amplifying diverse voices everywhere.
• Through our community-led methodology, we focus on delivering diverse talent into skill-short sectors (technology, enablement, and finance), enabling us to drive industry progress, improve workforce representation, and create new access routes for underserved demographics.
• We collaborate with a range of partners, including Google Cloud, and Deloitte, to host regular hackathons aimed at upskilling the next generation of tech talent. These week-long initiatives consist of diverse student cohorts working together to develop apps, learn project pitching skills, and enhance their entrepreneurialism. Following the initiative, many participants go on to find meaningful work with our partners and clients.
• We work with various charity partners to deliver salary negotiation workshops, equipping our community with the means to self-advocate and progress to the next stages of their careers. Our specialised consultants tailor these workshops to the unique needs of underserved candidate demographics. For example, we collaborated with Black Girls in Tech to host a workshop aimed at helping women of colour negotiate better salaries. The evening consisted of roleplay sessions, panel talks from industry leaders, and a live Q&A with hiring managers.
• Of the 877 candidates we placed in 2023, we achieved an average salary increase of 15%.
• We developed a train-and-deploy programme to cultivate a diverse, qualified talent pipeline. Through this method, we identify coachable candidates from underserved communities, train them for technical skills, and place them into inclusive, growth-enabled environments, enabling us to close skill gaps and help our clients meet their diversity goals.Equal opportunity
We create access to meaningful career opportunities through our community groups and charity partnerships. We developed our communities – Women in DevOps, Pride in Tech, Ex-Military Careers, and Ethnicity Speaks – to be safe, inclusive and supportive platforms for historically marginalised candidate demographics.
• By partnering with value-aligned businesses (including fellow B Corps) we can reduce the risk of unethical business practices at every cornerstone of our organisation.
• Deliver employability workshops, which includes delivering training sessions in key areas like CV writing, Interview preparation, brand building, job searching, and salary negotiation.
• Our networking event programme enables community members to foster meaningful connections with industry leaders, learn from peers, share their experiences in a safe and inclusive space, and uncover career opportunities. In 2023, we delivered 133 podcasts, networking events, workshops and webinars designed to create access to talent, ideas, and career opportunities. We reached 10,033 people, and hosted in-person events in Dublin, Lisbon, New York, Berlin, and more.
• Our events are designed for accessibility and inclusivity. We have introduced a range of tools and policies to ensure our events are as equitable as possible, including gender-neutral bathrooms, Chatham House Rules, hybrid-style events to allow for remote participants, and Slido – a digital tool that enables the audience to interact with the event wherever they are.
• We have a guaranteed interview scheme for military veterans.
• Our consultants are given regular unconscious bias training, alongside diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging training.
