• As a B Corp accredited firm, we have a responsibility to promote corporate social responsibility through our platform. We champion the value of diversity and inclusion to our 680,000+ followers through our events programme and various thought leadership initiatives, challenging archaic industry paradigms and amplifying diverse voices everywhere.
• Through our community-led methodology, we focus on delivering diverse talent into skill-short sectors (technology, enablement, and finance), enabling us to drive industry progress, improve workforce representation, and create new access routes for underserved demographics.
• We collaborate with a range of partners, including Google Cloud, and Deloitte, to host regular hackathons aimed at upskilling the next generation of tech talent. These week-long initiatives consist of diverse student cohorts working together to develop apps, learn project pitching skills, and enhance their entrepreneurialism. Following the initiative, many participants go on to find meaningful work with our partners and clients.
• We work with various charity partners to deliver salary negotiation workshops, equipping our community with the means to self-advocate and progress to the next stages of their careers. Our specialised consultants tailor these workshops to the unique needs of underserved candidate demographics. For example, we collaborated with Black Girls in Tech to host a workshop aimed at helping women of colour negotiate better salaries. The evening consisted of roleplay sessions, panel talks from industry leaders, and a live Q&A with hiring managers.
• Of the 877 candidates we placed in 2023, we achieved an average salary increase of 15%.
• We developed a train-and-deploy programme to cultivate a diverse, qualified talent pipeline. Through this method, we identify coachable candidates from underserved communities, train them for technical skills, and place them into inclusive, growth-enabled environments, enabling us to close skill gaps and help our clients meet their diversity goals.

We reached 10,033 people, and hosted in-person events in Dublin, Lisbon, New York, Berlin, and more.
• Our events are designed for accessibility and inclusivity. We have introduced a range of tools and policies to ensure our events are as equitable as possible, including gender-neutral bathrooms, Chatham House Rules, hybrid-style events to allow for remote participants, and Slido – a digital tool that enables the audience to interact with the event wherever they are.
• We have a guaranteed interview scheme for military veterans.
• Our consultants are given regular unconscious bias training, alongside diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging training.
• We use a language bias decoding tool to ensure that every job advert is inclusive and accessible.
• We work with our charity partners to break down barriers to meaningful work, we improve job prospects for underserved candidates around the world. We worked with Micro Rainbow to deliver employability workshops to LGBTQIA+ asylum

Wellbeing

• Our inclusive policies are designed to make the workplace a more equitable environment for our employees. For example, we introduced paid period leave, enhanced parental leave,10 days of paid training leave for military reservists, and abortion care support for US employees who need to travel to seek medical assistance.
• We have trained mental first-aid aiders on hand to support any employee who might experiencing stress, anxiety, or other mental health challenges.

• Employees receive eight sessions of free counselling sessions when they sign up to our Vitality health programme.
