We provide enterprise agile or traditional waterfall based service models. Our enterprise agile methods have a foundation in scrum and kanban but also SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) so that we consider the whole enterprise when approaching agile projects.
For a traditional waterfall approach we provide business analysts and togaf certified solution architects to define and plan the change and then project managers, solution designers and engineers to deliver the project.

- Chakray uses Analysts and Architects to help understand and document the integrations and APIs that need to be migrated and deployed to the Boomi platform. The approach involves the production of both a High Level API/Integration design document, followed by a Low Level Integration flow/API design. The initial API and/or Integration could then be deployed to the Boomi Development environment when ready. The aim would be to focus on 1-2 APIs or integrations for initial delivery and to prove the platform operations and support. During initial handover to BAU, the API and Integration team would move on to designing and developing the next APIs and Integrations in scope.
