End-of-contract data extraction
When a contract ends this simply means the subscription expires and access to the products will cease. During the time of the contract users will have extracted the relevant and required data from the products and have performed their own analytics on the data. This information then resides with the users but must be deleted following cancellation of the contract.

Covid-19 recovery

When COVID-19 struck Janes, immediately, rebalanced and allowed all to WFM with immediate effect. Janes followed all UK Gov guidelines stringently without adverse effect to customer services and support. In fact, we gave extra access to user accounts to STRATCOM for 18 months in order to allow the use of OSINT during the pandemic and the military and civil service were working from home.

Since the restrictions have been eased, Janes has encouraged personnel to return to the office, when they feel comfortable to, with great effect.

The Janes intracompany response to COVID was successful and was the help Janes gave to the UK Government in planning a response to the pandemic - our datasets were used in the planning routinely.
