Training of the buyers operational staff will be provided by RTS and will be issued a comprehensive user guide.

RTS will provide all relevant training and will offer as a minimum:

System operational guidance and support, Basic Troubleshooting Guidance and Training, System Documentation.

Additional end user training will be available during the lifetime of the contract.

RTS offer managed cloud support for customers who do not have staff to operate and maintain systems.

RTS offer online Virtual Hearing training solutions for legal representatives, core participants, Inquiry staff and witnesses.

How the support service works
RTS supports cloud hosting or software services through remote access, e-ticketing and telephone help-desk support.

Our dedicated support engineers will troubleshoot and quickly identify any issues with the cloud based deployment minimising time consuming onsite support visits unless required as a last resort. Additional support to assist the buyer's support team will ensure a smooth and seamless service delivery.

Support engineers will analyse challenges that prevent the system from operating as it was designed and determining whether the problem is a result of a defect or configuration errors.

RTS can offer either standard SLA agreement terms or bespoke arrangements based on a buyers needs. On a standard SLA, weekends are not covered but RTS can provide cover should a buyer request support.

Standard support features include unlimited phone and email support, where service response time are within 4 hours and include escalations, Monday to Friday, 09.30am - 5.30pm.

RTS is committed to providing and delivering a professional customer support package for all our range of services.

All RTS staff that understand the importance of customer service and have the aptitude and desire to provide customers with effective resolutions on the first contact whenever possible.

The dedicated RTS account manager will be responsible for the performance reporting and monitoring of the contract including the efficient delivery of KPI’s and will utilise the analytics and metrics to review the performance of RTS services and staffing of events for the duration of the contract.

The technical account manager will work with the buyer to identify support issues and resolution issues should they arise.

RTS offer 3 Support Levels which are: Standard Support, Advanced Support, Tailored Support.

Additional buyer requests can be incorporated into a tailor support package for Virtual Hearing Implementation and Management.

Our managed AV systems allow remote video and audio participants who are unable to attend sessions in person due to sickness, Covid-19 or just because they are working from home. Remote working considerations should be included in any Wellness action plan.

Remote video means that any participants eliminate the need to commute to a physical office can save time and reduce the stress associated with traffic or long commutes.

Witnesses also can participate from home reducing stress of giving evidence in person and allows them to engage in a familiar, calm and comfortable environment.

In addition, witnesses with medical conditions which would normally hinder them from being included are able to particate in a safe and controlled manner allowing them to overcome fears.

By providing access via remote video, the technology can positively contribute to engagement, lowering stress levels and ultimately enhancing personal well-being.

Our web streaming services allow viewers to access hearings remotely and watch proceedings without the stress or trauma of attending the hearing space in person.
