Onboarding and offboarding
- Getting started
- There are 4 phases to the onboarding process: 1) Initial conversation to understand the agreed scope and clarification of the platform. This includes a Needs Assessment, Data Assessment, Communication Plan and a Timeline and Milestones plan. 2) Setup within the customers infrastructure. This includes the Software setup, Data Infrastructure and Integration, Security and Compliance and Initial Testing. 3) Full implementation within the customers infrastructure. This includes Configuration of the platform, User Training, Final Configuration of the platform and the Final Launch of the platform. 4) Support and maintenance of the platform. This includes Monitoring the performance of the platform, User Support and regular Updated Improvements.

- End-of-contract data extraction
- If requested by the customer to extract their data from the platform, at the end of the contract, Oxford Dynamics will export all data to the customer in the required data formats. AVIS is designed to not be interlocked around customers systems which ensures ease of adding and exporting data. Data removal can also be completed through hard delete which will removal all data and traces from the platform.

- Oxford Dynamics will either export the customer data or complete a hard delete which will be agreed within the offboarding process. Once the offboarding process has been completed, the customer will be terminated from the system. Additionally, the customer will be given the choice to extend the contract if of interest.
