OCS consulting has an environmental policy which details how OCS is committed to try to ensure we do what we can regarding managing environmental issues, including the proper management of waste, reduction of pollution and emissions, compliance with environmental legislation and environmental codes of practice. Every member of staff is spoken to by their line manager at a minimum of once per week. We provide all staff with a health insurance package at no cost to them. Additionally via our insurers we provide a service called help at hand which gives all staff access to a variety of medical professionals.
