Pax Systems can provide professional services to plan projects which will enable the Local Authority to move to Pax Systems software. The plans would include work for both Pax Systems employees and Local Authority staff to complete migration to a Pax System transport platform.
Each project varies and can involve more significant work to integrate Pax Systems software with other Council systems providing data and process flows across both systems. - Pax Systems can provide professional services to migrate Local Authorities to Pax Systems software. On receipt of current data extracts Pax Systems will match the data to configure with Pax products and set up a test environment with reference data to import the extracted data. The migrated data is matched and imported in .csv files. The test environment would then be readied for users to train and complete any testing. On completion the live environment is then created using a new data extract for system commencement date.

- Pax Systems software service support is part of the annual subscription for our products and is therefore not procured separately. Where new system integrations with Pax Systems products require continued support then Pax Systems will offer a relevant maintenance package for the continued support of the new software.

- Customers may initiate a helpdesk ticket at any time by email or through the service desk web portal with the response dependant on the priority and nature of the issue. The service desk phone will be active 9:00-17:00 Monday to Friday. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to all helpdesk tickets within the support response times set out in the contract.

We will then respond based on the priority and urgency of the issue raised with a technical account manager. The support forms part of the annual subscription or contract fee for the relevant software product.
