- Every website should have robust measurement underpinning it, allowing stakeholders to understand how the site is used, and to inform changes and optimisations. Hookflash supports this by ensuring a solid analytics foundation is in place, via Google Analytics (GA4). We do this by running stakeholder workshops to create a measurement plan that ensures critical questions can be answered. This is a business friendly document which outlines the actions that need to be tracked alongside any information that should be passed with that action (e.g. a video play and the name of the video). We translate these requirements into a solution design which informs the datalayer requirements, GA4 tags needed and the configuration of GA4 itself.

- We offer bespoke training for teams looking to understand more about Google Analytics (GA4) and how to best use it in their roles. All of our training sessions are built around the teams being trained, and this is informed via a pre-training questionnaire. We typically run a full day session taking users through theory through to a workshop filled with relevant exercises to ensure support understanding. However, as our sessions are bespoke, we run everything from half day, more focussed workshops through to multi-day programs for 100+ users, going from fundamentals to advanced GA4 concepts and features. We share all training collateral after the session and can run training remotely, at our office or at client offices , depending on preferences.

- We support with best-practice set-up and configuration of Google Analytics (GA4). We are specialists in taking organisations from measurement plan through to a GA4 set-up which is accurate, comprehensive and trusted. We will consult on the best approach to tracking; we will create datalayer documentation and work with developers to ensure it's added correctly; and we will physically deploy GA4 tags (typically via a tag manager) and configure GA4 itself. We have a structured checklist that ensure consistent checks are followed, and issues observed, communicated and resolved. We support this with a templated dashboard that allows us to quickly and easily spot problems with the end data.
