Aristi have signed up the the Mental Health at Work Commitment which is run by the mental health charity, MIND. Each employee also has their own Wellness action plan, which is discussed at their monthly 1-2-1 meeting with their manager.
We discuss mental health at the monthly whole company team meetings, and we have a Mental Health Working Group who get feedback from the wider business and report back to the Senior Management Team.
