How the planning service works
On meeting a potential client we will invest time to understand their current structure, needs, requirements and limiting factors. We will then propose a set of detailed options so the customer can select the appropriate solution for their needs.

After product selection and agreement we use PRINCE2 project management and methodology to define a project plan. Key project milestones are set to ensure the successful delivery of the project and meetings are scheduled with key stakeholders to understand progress and meet requirements in-line with agreed deadlines. As part of the project plan, each stage of the project and necessary Key Stakeholders are defined to ensure they are able to contribute to their areas of responsibility or where input is needed. These are all agreed and created in collaboration with the client.

How the training service works
Based on the modules and systems that have been selected by the client, we provide detailed training sessions and supporting documentation. This is available online or as a softcopy. The training is scheduled during the planning phase. All sessions are held online, recorded and sent to the client to be retained and reused for any future training requirements. Training sessions are held in a modular fashion so the appropriate personnel can attend their required sessions. These sessions contain both theoretical knowledge transfer and practical exercises to enhance the learning experience. Any follow up queries and training requests are managed through our support desk, and we can supply impromptu meetings to help with specific queries.

How the setup or migration service works
As part of the scoping services we will also identify key data requirements needed for the successful implementation of any new systems and processes.

We conduct workshops to discuss the requirements, agree any proposed changes and new workflows with the appropriate personnel. We will also decide how they will be involved in the new processes whilst ensuring they meet the businesses requirements and desired financial controls.

We also will handle and maintain the process of migrating any historical data records which need to be carried over to a new solution and will provide all necessary training on new applications and processes.

How the quality assurance and performance testing works
As part of the design and configuration, we identify which modules are being used in relation to each specific client. From this, we can create a test plan to ensure all modules go through rigorous testing. We also assign the appropriate personnel to test the solution and ensure all functions are performing as required before it is signed off. Clients then have ability to file any issues into a test log which is then reviewed as part of a weekly meeting.

Hypercare is designed to fully support new clients with their new systems to build confidence in their new processes.
