As an Azure Expert MSP, we abide by an ISO 9004 standard-based software testing approach, augmented by ISO29119. We often work with already certified platforms and solutions, applying our Application Lifecycle Model approach to testing.
Planning: We devise and sign-off a detailed plan with the client, identifying who will implement the changes and providing a forward schedule of change. This plan is processed through necessary governance channels, such as obtaining official Change Advisory Board (CAB) approval.
Development/Configuration: Subsequently, we configure the solution, which may involve making direct changes to the production tenant. This stage also includes the creation of instructions and documentation on how to implement the solution.
Testing: We then carry out mutually agreed testing to ensure the solution adheres to the required specification, before handing over for customer User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Deployment: Upon completion of all testing, we deploy the solution following the approved and documented process.
Maintenance: We offer continual support for the solution through our project technical team.
In essence, Sundown ensures quality assurance and performance testing through a well-structured, transparent, and collaborative process.
