Agoo IT will work with customers to determine a roadmap of phases in the Planning Activity. Where requested, Agoo IT will investigate each phase looking as to how to design and deploy a Cloud Native Solution which will meet the customers business objectives, including testing and assurance of them. Agoo IT will create a set of options using Key Decision Documents if appropriate. The use of Spikes and Proof of Concepts will provide confidence and also elicit any limitations of the Cloud Services which may require be-spoke changes or additions to them to meet customer requirements.

Agoo IT offer tailored support for Cloud Native, be-spoke and on-premise systems. Agoo IT will liaise with the customer to determine which components would fall under the support agreement and the associated KPIs and SLAs.
Agoo IT have experience in the full stack both on-premise and in the Cloud and can integrate with the customers IT Service Management Helpdesk providing second or third line support, developing run books to allow effective first line triaging.

- Service constraints vary between customers and are dependent upon a number of factors. Agoo IT recommend early engagement to elicit any constraints which can be identified and captured within the statement of service document, prior to contract award.

Support levels will be agreed with the customer based on their operational requirements. This will include priority level definitions with associated acknowledgement and first response time and estimated time to fix.
As a bespoke agreement which suits customer needs will be created, the associated cost will vary on the times and days covered and the quantity of support activities required.
Where necessary Agoo IT may provide additional staff to provide support for triaging and service restoration, but this will be based on customer demand.
