ISx4 has experience in a number of systems which can run on-prem or in the cloud, as well as configuring cloud instances. We can advise on how a client should migrate to the cloud, and/or conduct the migration. It starts with a process to document in detail the client's system requirements and needs from the cloud solution. Migration activities are run as a project with appropriate levels of planning, risk mitigation, testing, go live and control phases. Full assessment of security requirements and security set up included. Full documentation is provided.
Cloud experience includes AWS, Azure & GCP. System migrations include SAS, IBM, Anaconda, Posit.

How the support service works
ISx4 can provide an end-to-end bespoke support service. This is aligned to the individual needs of the client's requirements. ISx4 provides support for managing the cloud instance and/or the migrated software. We will only support software from our partner organisations in which we have dedicated skills within the team. We are full partners with each of the hyperscalers.

Support levels
Support is tailored to the needs of the buyer and taking into account complexities, required response times, number of users and other relevant factors. Support models fall into -
Bronze: basic system checks £5,000 per year.
Silver: system checks and support £3,000 per month
Gold: system checks and advanced support £10,000 per month. As with all things this is dependent upon the service level required. //

Fighting climate change

All ISx4 staff operate remotely. We do not operate an office. Video calls is the main form of communication and travel is kept to an absolute minimum. We do not operate a network or data centre, rather leverage the resources of our partners including AWS, Microsoft etc. Net zero has been achieved.

Covid-19 recovery

ISx4 operates remotely so have not been directly impacted by travel restrictions or social distancing. As there has been minimal economic or financial impact to the company, we have been able to continue with hiring staff across all levels. Operating in a high growth industry with specialised staff, we collaborate with local education bodies to provide opportunities for students and graduates to learn about analytics.

Tackling economic inequality

Operating in a high growth industry, ISx4 works with the Northern Ireland government and education provides to employ local people and provide extensive training. The nature of the roles are specialised and highly technical so client engagements provide opportunities to acquire further skills and advance careers
