Support levels
Axelerant provides SLA-based development and application support for cloud-hosted websites and platforms, delivered through a 24/7 helpdesk. Support requests are logged via Axelerant’s ticketing system (typically Jira Service Management), or an agreed client tool.

Support is prioritised by business impact and urgency:

Urgent – Critical production issues with no workaround; response within 1 hour (2 hours outside business hours), hourly updates, restoration within 4 hours

High – Major disruption to business operations; response within 2 business hours, resolution within 1 working day

Medium – Moderate impact issues with workaround available; response within 1 working day, resolved via planned release

Normal / Low – Minor or low-impact issues; response within 2–5 working days, resolved via planned release

Support costs are based on pre-agreed retained support hours or time-and-materials rates, fully detailed in the pricing document. Work is tracked transparently against tickets, with no “price on application” pricing. Requests raised outside business hours are handled according to priority.

Clients are supported by a dedicated cloud support team and a named technical point of contact who manages coordination, escalation, and regular service reviews.

    • Plans to engage the contract workforce in deciding the most important workplace issues to address
    • Monitoring of employee engagement rates (by protected characteristic) and, where necessary, the development of actions to ensure all voices are heard across the diversity of the workforce
    • Employment contracts that reflect actual hours worked; steps taken to ensure employees understand their contracts and have the ability to review and adjust them if actual hours regularly exceed contracted hours
    • Activities that support an environment where staff are educated about, and feel empowered to, address their physical wellbeing
