- Customers must procure their Azure infrastructure through us so that we can monitor the Azure infrastructure costs on which this service is priced and take advantage of the Microsoft premium support via our CSP provider. We do not add any additional markup on Azure infrastructure.

Tickets raised into our service desk are triaged and responded to based on the priority of the request.

Medium: 30 minutes

They are then dealt with in line with their priority level in line with our service promise and the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) put in place for that contract. Available on normal working hours (08:00-18:00 Monday to Friday) or 24x7x365. - User can manage status and priority of support tickets

1. Infrastructure only – Support of the infrastructure but not including the workloads hosted on the infrastructure
2. Infrastructure & Operating System – Support of the infrastructure and workloads that are hosted on the infrastructure
3. Advanced (includes special security and more integrated working with your team)
24/7 Critical Incident Cover as an add-on to any of the above levels.
Service level costs increase as the level increases due to additional value-add services. For example, Service Reviews are more frequent the higher the service level.
