O2 Voice for Microsoft Teams (OVMT) provides telephony (PSTN) access into Microsoft Teams using Direct Routing technology. This service helps to reduce or replace on-premise PBX telephony solutions, by enabling users to make PSTN calls from Teams client endpoints. Our Unified Recording service is available as an optional add-on.
