Kollective operates a multi-tenant public cloud solution utilising Microsoft Azure IaaS services, in the West Europe (Netherlands) and Azure West US2 (USA) zones. The platform is configured in an active-active configuration with local failover, availability zone failover and regional failover (multi-master global replication) configured, thereby ensuring continued service operation.
