Getting started
We have an onboarding meeting, which can be completed virtually or over the phone as well as on site. Training for use of service can be provided onsite or virtually, and if required a comprehensive 'how-to' user documentation is provided.

End-of-contract data extraction
All files will be provided in relevant formats e.g. pdf, vector, png, jpeg. This will be supplied to client directly by their project manager through secure channels. Confirmation of receipt will be checked by project manager.
No customer data will be held by us once project complete unless requested.
End-of-contract process
Concept work, finalised designs and file set up is all included in the price of the contract, as well as two sets of amends. Anything added to the brief not agreed in the contract, or additional amends will be classed as an additional cost.

All elements of our service can be customised and designs tailored to suit customer needs. We would discuss exact requirements with the customer and then provide opportunity for feedback and amends.

We always ensure we have a high level of available freelance resource available to us to provide support to our team when demand is high. Every member of our team, whether freelance or employee, is selected for their high level of skill and experience. This allows us to manage holidays, sickness and busy periods without affecting our customers.
