We provide an ITIL & Verism based service helpdesk accessible by a free phone telephone number or email. Levels of service and hour of operation are dependent on the service being supported and levels requested. We support all major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, UK Cloud), Splunk, our SaaS lots including Adobe AEM, RPA, eForms, Splunk, Appian,Multi Cloud API Support, Kofax, Ephesoft. We offer Devops supprt including CI, CD support release and delivery. Not least we offer your services to secure, monitor and optimise your whole cloud spend.
