Critical to that is the infrastructure it is hosted on. We are cloud first automation providers meaning the cloud hosting is our go to for hosting. We recommend Microsoft Azure as UiPath is based on Microsoft technologies and is optimised for Azure.
We design the cloud infrastructure, migration plan and execute these (or support you to do this). We provide expert resources to support MS Azure cloud based RPA solutions. This includes the hosting and configuration of the RPA solution itself and any associated integrations.
We typically embed our experts within an in house technology team or provide remote support whilst in house teams get up and running. The objective is to provide specialist technology experience which will enable knowledge transfer to in house teams. We augment in house Centre of Excellence or Service Desk capabilities rather than to provide a service desk type function in its entirety.

All automation solutions are different and so are the organisations that buy them. We recognise that as a small business, it is in our gift to be agile and flexible in our service delivery and this includes tailoring our support to the unique organisations and solutions we work with.
We support organisations with their cloud based RPA solutions through the provision of experts to design, build, test and implement solutions into live with ongoing support to upskill in house staff and transfer knowledge.
Pricing is typically based on a day rate using a standard rate card. Where a fixed price is preferred, quotes will be based on the rate of estimated resources required multiplied by the estimated number of days.
We will assign an account manager if this is appropriate within the value of the assignment. Otherwise, account management will be provided by either the delivery lead, a VKY Director or both.

VKY is targeting being carbon neutral by the end of 2024 and we are on track to deliver this.
We invested early in remote working to reduce travel and office emissions, making remote working the norm in 2019. We were then early to adopt hybrid working for all staff to again reduce emissions whilst improving wellbeing for staff.
Additionally, we plant a tree for every single member of staff and every single customer, every single month. Our staff are also encouraged to donate trees each month from their salary. To date, we have funded the planting of over 1000 trees.
