How the planning service works
Our AI, Data Science, Data Analytics and Digital Transformation Service consultants will establish Cloud hosting needs where necessary, in support of the provision of Digital Transformation deliverables. This may include the deployment of a Data Warehouse with associated Data Landing Platform(s) to support the extract, transform and load (ETL) data transformation process. Our consultants will guide and recommend how Cloud services should be employed to deliver Digital Transformation services or advise on how current Cloud services may need to be adapted to host improved AI and Data Science capabilities. The service will work alongside client and other legacy / new business application provider stakeholders to establish the nature of the appropriate Digital Transformation Cloud hosted environment solution; this may be Public Cloud(s), Private Cloud(s) or On-Prem (secure) hosted service(s). Working with Cloud provision partners, our consulting service will define and establish the most appropriate cloud hosting services to meet the Digital Transformation needs.

How the training service works
Our Digital Transformation consultants will offer training through three primary delivery means to allow established Buyer developers to take on knowledge delivery, where feasible: [1] Knowledge Transfer [2] Coaching [3] Workshops.[1] Knowledge Transfer sessions, formal training lessons based upon key learning points, with delivery of knowledge through formal recorded training and development sessions.
[2] Coaching - informal delivery of coaching for development of Skills through regular Clinics offering direction, supervision and support to key Buyer data management stakeholders in digital development advice and hand-holding; typically through a process of Explain, Demonstrate, Imitate, Practice with the intent to increase complexity of delivery through progressive Crawl, Walk, Run periods.
[3] Workshops - semi-formal delivery of data engineering and process management for data science and AI development , change management and release management.

We will provide service support to set-up and establish Digital Transformation services in the Cloud. Our Digital Transformation services are designed to run either in-Cloud or On-Prem; our Digital Transformation consultancy team will work closely with the buyer stakeholders and their legacy business application providers to establish the Cloud hosting needs and also the route to data migration of existing data from legacy data stores to centralised data warehousing.

How the quality assurance and performance testing works
Our Digital Transformation consulting team will work with the Buyer IT systems engineers, software vendors, Cloud service host provider(s) and Buyer IT stakeholders to dashboard the performance of applications, Cloud services and Network provision. Recommendation will be made to configure the Digital Transformation solution and data warehouse for performance. The Cloud instance will be reviewed to ensure correct leverage of Cloud caching and processing configurations to ensure the right compute instance is in place and optimised for features such as storage capacity and data-intensive processing. Networking will be reviewed to assess bandwidth and network availability, minimise latency, packet loss and jitter and maximise throughput.

How the support service works
We provide Digital Transformation services hosted by a Cloud service provider of either Buyer service choice or of our own recommendation where the Buyer has no available or preferred Cloud service provider, for public or private (secure) on-line Cloud services. Where a Cloud service provider can be chosen by the buyer, public or private, we will seek to host Digital Transformation services e.g. data warehouse on that Cloud service. Where we are providing the Cloud hosting service, our Cloud service provider will provide the services to support that cloud hosting, including hosting data warehouse and/or applications across the available network of physical and virtual servers, providing compute resources from a resource pool with the ability to scale resources to the services up or down, as required, with aligned security and disaster recovery services.

We have experience of applying assistive technology support tools across a range of Windows based application projects. We make use of WCAG compliant chat interfaces in order to ensure assistive technology users are able to make use of commonly available and familiar assistive technologies such as Narrator, Magnifier, Closed Captions and Windows Speech Recognition to support users across the disability spectrum.
Support levels
Digital Transformation, Data Science, Data Analytics, AI and M/L support services are supplied on the basis of a defined requirement and scope for support supply, either across a fixed term project delivery agreement or on a T&M delivery basis across SFIA assigned day rates. We are typically able to offer a price for remote Tier 2 Technical Support and remote Tier 3 Expert Technical Support where Tier 0 Self-Help and Tier 1 Help-Desk are provided locally by the Buyer.
