As part of your Business Resilience engagement, you will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager who will serve as your primary strategic point of contact throughout the programme. They will ensure that our approach aligns with your organisational resilience objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational priorities.
Your Account Manager will appoint an experienced Project Manager to coordinate all delivery activities. This includes scheduling workshops and interviews, managing documentation requirements, tracking progress against timelines, and ensuring each phase of the Business Continuity Planning process is delivered in a smooth, structured, and efficient manner.
To lead the technical, procedural, and resilience‑focused aspects of the engagement, we will also allocate a specialist Business Continuity Consultant. With expertise in business impact analysis (BIA), continuity strategy development, response procedures, and recovery planning, the consultant will work directly with your teams to assess current capabilities, develop robust continuity plans, and provide practical recommendations to strengthen your organisational resilience.
This tiered support model—strategic oversight from your Account Manager, disciplined coordination from your Project Manager, and expert guidance from a specialist Business Continuity Consultant—ensures a comprehensive and high‑quality approach to building, enhancing, and maintaining your Business Continuity capability.
