Fighting climate change

TNC is proud to have been Carbon Neutral since 2022 and is actively working on its roadmap to Net Zero, which is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.

In addition to its own roadmap to Net Zero, as a consultancy focused on enabling its customers to migrate to the latest cloud services, TNC is directly contributing to the development of carbon reduction programmes across its customer base which enable those organisations to progress their own journeys to Net Zero.

Equal opportunity

TNC is committed to encouraging diversity and inclusion among our workforce, providing equitable opportunities for all and eliminating unlawful discrimination. The aim is for our workforce to be truly representative of all sections of society and our customers, and for each employee to feel respected and able to give their best.

TNC is also committed against unlawful discrimination of our customers and our workforce.

To achieve these objectives, TNC has in place a detailed Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion Policy, sponsored and managed at board level, and is proud of the results it has achieved.
