A future state with progressive incremental deliverable roadmap shall be proposed including architecture, business processes and Minimum Viable Product.
Consideration shall be given to interim architecture/business processes as well as management of changes required to perform migration. The project delivery method shall be selected based on what is most appropriate as well cultural fit for the customer organisation.
