Our overall aim for training delivery is to improve the users experience, encouraging them to embrace new ways of working by highlighting the benefits of adoption to the specific end users role. We provide full onsite training, online training, and user documentation, We can design bespoke training packages to enable users to operate and get the best out of our solutions, we will work with the customer to determine their specific training needs with regards to training delivery (e-learning, classroom based, user manuals), criteria and suitability of super users, frequency and duration of refresher training.

End-of-contract data extraction
All data will be provided when the contract ends, data will always belong to the client. Client can specify the best format for this to be received in.
End-of-contract process
Included in the price of the contracts will be annual license fees, initial project management fees, hardware fees, cloud fees, initial interface costs and any agreed project management day rates, There is no additional charge at the end of the contracted period. Client will notify the supplier of their intentions not to renew or extend, and reasons why, and provided all terms laid out in contracts are adhered to, payments are up to date etc. both parties can end the contract.

We are a cloud hosted solution. Upgrades are always communicated to the customer and any downtime agreed and worked to an agreed schedule. Upgrades are communicated by your project manager.
