For critical incidents, on SaaS Products, these range from 15 minutes to 2 hours and will be agreed based on the specific services.
For non critical questions a response will be provided within 12 hours during standard support hours (8am - 6pm Monday to Friday)
(24/7 and weekend support is also available if requested, although this will be an additional cost)

Under cloud services (lot 2), we provide support levels that relate to the criticality of the incident and/or the buyers prioritisation requirements.
As a standard we will respond to all requests within 12 hours during standard hours.
The SLA for critical incidents will be agreed with the buyer. These range from 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the specific service.
There is no additional charge for support services (remote) within standard hours.
Our support services are provided by a dedicated team with SRE, DevOps, PlatOps experience. They are engineers.
For consultancy work we provide support as and when needed.
