The service is delivered on a time-limited, statement-of-work basis and is focused on configuration, integration and deployment support activities only. It does not include ongoing managed services, 24/7 operational support, infrastructure hosting, or responsibility for running live environments unless explicitly agreed under a separate arrangement.
Delivery relies on buyer-provided access to existing cloud platforms, systems and data. Third-party licences, subscriptions and usage costs are excluded. Support is delivered primarily remotely, with on-site delivery available by prior agreement.

- Email support is provided in line with the agreed service agreement. Response times and handling are defined by the agreed SLA and the criticality of the issue. Support is provided during agreed delivery or support periods, Monday to Friday, UK business hours, unless otherwise specified in the agreement. Out-of-hours support is only provided where explicitly agreed.

Standard support (included): Standard support is included as part of the statement-of-work delivery. This covers email-based support during UK business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) for clarification, defect resolution related to configured components, and guidance on configuration changes within scope. Support requests are triaged and responded to within one business day.
Enhanced support (optional): Enhanced support provides faster response times and scheduled support sessions during delivery, including priority handling of issues, additional configuration guidance and coordination during deployment or testing phases.
Cost: Charged on a day-rate basis using the published rate card.
BAU support (optional): Following deployment, optional business-as-usual (BAU) support can be provided for configured components. This includes incident support, defect resolution and advisory guidance on configuration updates within existing platforms.

Support roles: Support is provided by experienced cloud support engineers and configuration specialists familiar with the platforms in use. A named delivery lead or technical point of contact is provided for the duration of the engagement. A dedicated technical account manager is not included by default but can be provided by agreement at additional cost.
