Availability and resilience

Guaranteed availability
We do not guarantee availability via SLAs, however to date we've maintained about 99.8% uptime.
Approach to resilience
Culture Amp builds services for high availability across multiple AWS Availability Zones (AZs).
In the event of an availability zone disruption, the Culture Amp platform would continue to serve. Some isolated background processing would be interrupted.
In the event of a region disruption, the Culture Amp platform (in that region, i.e. US or EU) would experience a complete outage. The other region would be unaffected. Culture Amp does not build to mitigate this level event.

Culture Amp's platform supports organisations with analytics and insights that enable them to make data driven decisions to support their employees and adapt to the demands of the future of work.

Tackling economic inequality

Tackling economic inequality

Culture Amp helps organisations to reduce biases and create equal opportunities for all employees within businesses. We are founding members of the World Economic Forum Global Alliance.

Black and Indigenous-owned organizations that are customers of Culture Amp receive a 38% discount on the standard price for our products. This discount not only represents the largest discount we currently offer our for-profit customers but also reflects the $0.38 wage gap between Black women and White men.
Equal opportunity

Equal opportunity

Culture Amp also has a gold standard Diversity & Inclusion survey framework to help organisations create fairer workplaces. In addition to our previously mentioned discount for Black and Indigenous owned organisations that buy Culture Amp, we want to ensure that other organizations working to build a more anti-racist world can afford and access Culture Amp’s tools, especially those that wouldn’t otherwise be able to. That’s why we’ve created a non-profit grant program for organizations that primarily support Black and Indigenous people, or are focused on issues that disproportionately affect these communities.

Culture Amp provides analytics and insights to help organisations improve the wellbeing of their workforce and better manage stress and burnout to drive overall business performance and employee satisfaction.

In addition, we offer a Health & Wellbeing Survey template. This survey takes the concepts defined within the PERMA positive psychology model and translates them into a workplace context. Additionally, physical and mental components of energy, sleep and workload are addressed.
