We provide managed support throughout implementation, with regular checkpoints to confirm customer satisfaction. The service is adaptable to different platforms and has been delivered to a range of public sector organisations.
Customers have access to a project manager for implementation and a customer relationship manager for ongoing service monitoring.
Requests can be made via telephone, email, or direct message, with a prompt response timeframe. Payment is based on customer approval of service delivery, with invoicing on a regular basis.
Service agreements include terms to accommodate the customer’s required level of flexibility.
