- This service is delivered remotely and supports WordPress sites hosted on customer-selected cloud platforms or environments we provision on their behalf. Any infrastructure we provide is supplied as part of the managed support service and not as a standalone hosting product. To deliver effective maintenance, we may need access to hosting accounts, WordPress administration and relevant documentation. Timelines or response times may be influenced by third-party platform performance and your team’s availability to clarify requirements. Major development projects, redesigns or standalone hosting provision fall outside scope. We will highlight limitations early and agree the best way forward.

Support is available by email and through our ticketing system, and we keep things straightforward so you can get help without any fuss. You can also raise a ticket directly from your website, which sends it straight to our team for assignment.
For urgent issues, we respond within 2 to 4 working hours. General questions are usually answered within one working day (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm). - Support levels
-
All support levels include access to our ticketing system, a named expert who understands your setup, and input from our technical specialists when needed. We also manage core WordPress and approved third-party plugin updates as standard to keep your site secure and up to date.
Core Support covers day-to-day queries and maintenance during the working week (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm). It’s a good fit for organisations that need steady, reliable cover with clear response times.
Enhanced Support is designed for teams that want more hands-on help. You’ll receive quicker responses, priority access to technical specialists, support with content or accessibility updates, and a quarterly check-in to keep everything aligned.
Premium Support is the most comprehensive option. It includes extended cover, faster response and resolution times, an emergency out-of-hours contact for critical issues, monthly service reviews and a more proactive improvement approach throughout the year.
We can tailor any support level to suit your organisation and how you work. Costs depend on the chosen tier and agreed level of cover and are outlined in the pricing document.
