As this service relates to project management and delivery rather than a standalone technical product, support is provided in the context of the agreed project scope and delivery model.
All queries, issues, and requests are managed through the project’s established governance and communication channels. Items are prioritised based on their impact on delivery, risk, and critical milestones, rather than fixed support tiers or ticket categories. This ensures attention is focused where it adds the most value and protects outcomes.
Support is included within the overall service price and does not operate on a per-ticket or per-incident charging model. There are no predefined “bronze, silver, gold” support levels. Instead, support intensity scales according to the phase, complexity, and risk profile of the project. For example, higher-touch support may be provided during critical design, testing, or go-live periods.
A named project lead is provided as the primary point of contact and is responsible for coordinating responses, escalating issues where required, and engaging specialist resources as needed. Where projects involve digital platforms or cloud services, technical specialists can be engaged, but responsibility remains with the project leadership function.
This approach provides buyers with responsive, proportionate support that aligns directly to delivery needs.
