The service does not include continuous monitoring or hosting.

- Service is delivered remotely, primarily from the UK, with additional remote support resources where appropriate. Any overseas-based support staff operate under UK management, UK GDPR-aligned processes, and contractual confidentiality obligations. Customers must own and maintain their systems and cloud environments. Virtual Edge does not provide continuous monitoring, SOC services, or cloud hosting. Internet connectivity is required. Support hours, response times, and engagement scope are agreed at call-off.

- Incident response requests are acknowledged during UK business hours, typically within one working hour. Priority incident response support, including out-of-hours assistance, may be provided by prior agreement. Response and resolution targets are agreed at call-off based on incident severity and service scope. Requests received outside business hours are logged and responded to on the next working day unless otherwise agreed.

- Virtual Edge provides flexible incident response support levels aligned to customer needs and agreed at call-off. Standard Support includes incident triage, investigation support, containment guidance, and reporting during UK business hours. Enhanced Support includes faster response targets, priority handling, extended support coverage by agreement, and coordinated incident investigation assistance. Pricing is provided on a time-based or engagement-based model, confirmed during the call-off process. Customers are supported by experienced cyber security engineers, with optional technical account management to coordinate response activities, stakeholder communications, and post-incident improvements.
