Getting started
Users can choose between downloading the software themselves or book a convenient time for them to talk through the process with a member of the Senso team. We will provide a userguide and follow this up with an online demonstration. If necessary, we can provide telephone support and or online training and demonstrations. There is also a knowldgebase that can be accessed any time, this contains lots of frequently asked questions and directions on how to carryout tasks in the portal.

Users cannot extract their data. Once the contract is at an end , we will anonymise and/or delete personal data within a commercially reasonable period if that information is not necessary to comply with our legal
obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

Description of service interface
The Senso Portal has a simple intuitive user interface that allows users to manage an unlimited number of devices from a single web page. You can see one school or all of your schools across a trust or multi-academy trust. The tabbed interface allows you to:
- see live thumbnails of all devices and
- take control of a single device or many devices.
There are simple to use menu icons at the top of the screen with teacher tools, network administration, safeguard and monitoring logs at your fingertips.

Availability and resilience

Senso guarantees at least 95% service availability during business hours. Senso provides Service Credits where we fail to deliver minimum availability during a month, proportionate to the monthly fees and discounted from annual invoicing.
Approach to resilience
Senso datacentre setup is hosted by Microsoft Azure which has senso data stored in datacentre high secured and located in the European Ecomic Area / UK. More information on this behalf can be requested.
