In 2022 investments were made in the following areas:
Static Application Security Testing (SAST):All products have SAST built into their development process through a third-party tool Snyk.
Software Composition Analysis (SCA):We are standardizing all products on SCA scan process to identify vulnerabilities in OSS libraries, licensing issues, flag unwanted use of OSS, etc.
Penetration Testing:We have enlisted a highly reputable third party to currently perform tests that are underway.
Security Training:We are rolling security training in our R&D org, through third-party provider, HackEDU which includes interactive coding lessons and will be required by all developers.

Supplier-defined controls
Incident management approach
Due to recent acquisitions we have made, Netwrix is undergoing significant amounts of organizational change with those recently acquired. In response, Netwrix is developing new incident response plans that address the full scope of its current group of companies. Any incidents are brought to the attention of the Chief Security Officer, Director of IT, and Director of Legal for investigation. The Security, IT, and Legal teams review all incidents and respond accordingly. In the event of an incident, leadership would be briefed and any affected entity/individual would be notified as soon as practicable or as required by law, as applicable.
