How the support service works
We provide a service desk to support buyers, comprising of a team of technical staff that have the relevant trainings and experience to assist. We will acknowledge tickets within 30 minutes of receipt within business hours (9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday). Tickets are assigned a priority level dependant on the issue raised by the customer. This is so the Sync Technical Support team handle each and every query appropriately, ranging from Priority Level 1 to 4.

We have initiated the transition of our company vehicles to fully electric models. Presently, 23% of our entire fleet is fully electric (with this number steadily growing), with a further 23% being hybrid vehicles. Multiple charging points have been installed at our company HQ to support this transition.
