FourteenFish Support is universal and free to any user. The Appraisal Portfolio carries a subscription cost to submit; included in the subscription is the support offering.

Getting started
The customer can join either directly via the Register now area, or by using the Switch to us service that creates a user account after extracting appraisal material supplied from an external source.

The Help centre has detailed guides on how to use the system as a user, for anything more the Support desk can assist.

End-of-contract data extraction
The user will always be able to access any past material.
The annual subscription enables sharing to the appraiser, but the material is the user's own and remains accessible at all times.
End-of-contract process
For an ongoing user the subscription renews annually.
Once a subscription is no longer needed the ability to submit appraisal material to an appraiser is removed. Other than this, nothing else happens, and there are no cancellation fees/costs.

The appraisal toolkit can incorporate specific local options upon request, however the toolkit remains largely generic in accordance with NHSE recommendations.

EMIS employees are educated annually on environmental matters with an emphasis on personal responsibility regarding energy consumption and waste management. This is supported by relevant policies, such as EMIS’s Group Environmental Policy Statement and company benefits, e.g. during 2021 the Group launched a salary sacrifice scheme for employees to lease electric cars and for individuals to fund tree planting with Ecologi, who provide a route for organisations and individuals to fund climate action projects.
Through Ecologi, EMIS planted 25 saplings for each new employee who joined the business during the previous twelve months, resulting in approx. 7,300 new saplings planted in countries badly affected by deforestation.
