We provide a full consultancy support service to help clients move to cloud based solutions or to move between existing cloud services.

We do not operationally implement ourselves, but we do help clients find the right partners to technically deliver cloud hosting or select the right cloud software across all health and social care technology market sectors, to meet their needs.

We will help clients to define their vision, strategy and plans, and to find the right implementation partner, to help them deliver on that strategy.

During any consultancy engagement, we will be fully engaged with the client either face to face, via remote discussions, on the telephone, email or other communications platforms, as fits the clients needs.

We operate normal business hours, Monday to Friday, throughout the year, excluding bank and public holidays.

Fighting climate change

The Martin Bell Partnership is committed to playing its role (all be it a small one in the scheme of things) to fight climate change.

We are a "no fly" consultancy, significantly reducing our harm to the environment in terms of carbon foot print.

We normally use public transport, such as trains or ferries for longer or overseas journeys, and we do the significant bulk of our consultancy work without the need for any travel, using modern technology to provide remote, video and telephone services.

We have developed a carbon reduction plan to tackle a reduction in our energy usage and aim to be net zero by 2030 or before.

Covid-19 recovery

The Martin Bell Partnership is committed to playing its role (all be it a small one in the scheme of things) to support the UKs recovery from Covid19.

We continue to take sensible precautions (such as remotely working from our rural offices, keeping direct contact to a minimum) and support all those who wish to ensure continued protection remains in place, respecting each individuals space and supporting any of those who we do meet if they wish to continue to take enhanced precautions such as mask wearing or not shaking hands, etc.

We are working with and have worked with, a number of clients and NHS organisations to support them to recover from Covid19, tackle waiting lists, establish virtual wards and meet the other priorities set by Government.

Tackling economic inequality

The Martin Bell Partnership is committed to playing its role (all be it a small one in the scheme of things) to tackle economic inequality.

Based in North Yorkshire, we support many suppliers locally, contributing to the local economy, and source any materials we need locally as well.

We also sponsor a number of local community organisations, including Sporting Start, who enable young people who might not otherwise get the opportunity, to go on sporting adventures. We also sponsor two teams at the local junior football club, supporting boys and girls to remain active and enjoy sports.

We work with a number of smaller companies, based all over the UK (and Ireland), and champion those companies to help them compete with larger players in the market.

We work with many founders of start ups who are women and from ethnic minorities, both of whom have a far greater challenge in getting funding for their businesses, and support them to grow.

We pay any associates we use the same, we champion companies with female and ethnic minority founders and help them to find investment funding, which is harder with so much going to men and white men at that, and we treat everyone equally with respect.

Our two directors are split evenly, 1 male, 1 female, and our associates are similarly evenly split between sexes.

It's one thing to have a policy on it (as so many do), it's another to just actually live it, as it's the right thing to do.

Wellbeing

As The Martin Bell Partnership is small consultancy, with a few trusted associates and one full time employee, our well being really does lie within our hands.

However, for example, should anyone need personal time, they get it instantly, without question.

Work is always evenly distributed and fairly paid for.

We encourage the same approach with our clients and suppliers, big or small. Just Be kind (to yourself as well).

Work/life balance is why The Martin Bell Partnership exists in the first place, to get exactly that and move away from the long corporate hours and the large company cultures that are often encouraged.
