Our UK operations normally concentrate in the London area and generally prefer to work in a hybrid model, available to client premises as needed and remote working for the rest of the time.

- Vouchcom is a small consultancy offering specialised services, we are happy to provide email/ticketing support service. Depending on the priority of the incident, we aim to respone within 4 working hours on weekdays. In the weekends, we shall aim to repsonse within 24 hours. Exceptions (faster response times) can be considered in consultation with the client and associated stakeholders. This is our current support model. If a Vouchcom consultant is engaged in the service, appropriate daily rate as per rate card will determine the cost of the support service. Support service will need to be agreed with the client. No additional costs besides the rate card rates will be applied for support.
