We believe every organisation is different and the needs will vary accordingly. Due to the variable nature of our Diagnostic and Readiness interventions, we confidently discourage a one-size-fits-all approach in Cloud Readiness, and we will therefore partner with each client to plan, size and price each bespoke intervention either on a time & materials or fixed-price basis, which will be dependent on scope, delivery duration and areas of focus, which could be centred on Payroll, HR, Cloud and/or HR Operations.

As rough guidance, depending on the number of areas of focus, we can offer an initial intervention priced to start at £25,000, which would be typically delivered in 4 - 6 weeks and includes up to 3 facilitated workshops with a limited data analytic component to complement findings, and a formal report of findings and playback session.
