-Application works only on iOS (version 13.5 minimum and 2Gb) and Android tablets (minimum version 8.1 and 2GB)
-For an optimal experience, we advise using a stylus compatible with their tablet. Exercises requiring pen pressure need a stylus with pressure-recognition technology (Apple Pencil)
-Internet connection is necessary to synchronise lessons and exercises for student access on Kaligo, authenticate students via QR-code scanning, and upload completed exercise results to the teacher portal. Apart from these three actions, it is possible to use Kaligo without Internet (although this is not recommended)

Getting started
When users log on to the teacher portal for the first time, they are shown the main features via a tutorial. They also receive a user guide (in .pdf format) to help them get started with Kaligo. A demo can also be organised (on request). During their journey on Kaligo, they always have access to the Help Center and the chat room where they can ask our support team any questions they may have. Finally, in the event of a technical issue, a what's app hotline allows them to send a video describing their problem and get a rapid response.
