- When users log on to the teacher portal for the first time, they are shown the main features via a tutorial. They also receive a user guide (in .pdf format) to help them get started with Kaligo. A demo can also be organised (on request). During their journey on Kaligo, they always have access to the Help Center and the chat room where they can ask our support team any questions they may have. Finally, in the event of a technical issue, a what's app hotline allows them to send a video describing their problem and get a rapid response.
