- Response times depend on the terms of the contract. All support contracts have an agreed SLA, with standard service hours from 09:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday and a 4-hour response time. Support contracts are priced according to the supported service(s) and SLA requirements. Enhanced support SLAs are available and can be tailored to customer requirements. An Account Manager is allocated to each client and 24×7 availability can be provided where agreed.
