How the support service works
We provide support for the Brother Online Agent that monitors the status of USB and network attached Brother printers. This metering agent reports information on device usage and status to the Brother cloud, which allows us to proactively manage the customers printer estate.

We provide a standard support of 8 hours response during business hours of 9 to 5 (UK time), Monday to Friday.
The primary purpose of the BOAgent is to automatically replenish printer consumables and therefore the single standard support level is suitable for all businesses. However, where a business has a sudden and uncharacteristically higher consumption of consumables they can request a manual replenishment, which will be fulfilled by the next business day.
