For customers already utilising SS&C Blue Prism Enterprise on premises, our team of highly experienced consultants will assist in the migration to the SS&C Blue Prism Cloud managed service, or any other cloud platform.

The team will assure your existing implementation, identifying and, where relevant, remediating any potential issues before migration execution.

They will support you in designing your target environment, ensuring that it delivers both performance and scalability, before working with you to map out a migration plan that reduces operational risk.

The consultants will support the creation of a regression testing approach for your existing automations, mitigating risk whilst reducing the overall time and cost of the exercise.

As you begin the migration processes, the consultants will provide hands-on support for the implementation and configuration of the new cloud platform and the migration of SS&C Blue Prism assets. They will then provide hypercare services that offer a safety net for the automation team in the first few weeks of service.

Getting maximum return on investment from the SS&C Blue Prism platform is dependent on both the software and the automations it runs being optimally configured. SS&C Blue Prism offers professional services that are designed to assess and optimise both tiers of your SS&C Blue Prism implementation.

Expert consultants will assess your SS&C Blue Prism implementation, including the SQL database from the infrastructure up, reviewing configuration, platform design, and implementation, right up to the way that resources are being managed within the solution. They will then deliver a comprehensive report on status before undertaking remediation work as agreed.

The team can also review the quality of your SS&C Blue Prism automations, identifying how they can be made to deliver work as efficiently and stably as possible. They will provide a detailed report on their findings, before performing configuration improvement activities if requested.

SS&C Blue Prism also offers enablement services that upskill users in design and maintenance best practice, reducing the potential for future configuration issues and maximising the benefit derived from the solution.

SS&C Blue Prism's consultancy services extend to the boundaries of a client's SS&C Blue Prism implementation. Our expert consultants will advise on all aspects of the configuration and use of the product, including support for integrating or interacting with third-party solutions. This support extends to the boundary of the SS&C Blue Prism platform and the team is unable to provide advice or insight on third-party products or services themselves, even where these are connected to the SS&C Blue Prism implementation.

Priority 1 Response within one hour. Blue Prism will use Continuous Effort, within Service Hours, to resolve the Fault within 12 Service Hours. Priority 2 Response within four hours. Fault resolved by the end of the following three Business Days. Priority 3 Response within one Business Day. Bug fix scheduled for the next available release. Priority 4 Blue Prism shall consider such issues or requests in the light of other Customer requirements and will advise what action will be taken to address the issue.

SS&C Blue Prism customers are supported by all in-house resources. There are two different levels of support for our Software – Production Support and Business Critical Support. Pricing for each is available in the Pricing Document. Production Support: All customers have access to our full database of online troubleshooting and training resources and can open cases using the customer web portal. It includes authorisation for up to 10 contacts to open support tickets and guaranteed email support during normal business hours for the country of purchase. For urgent issues (P1), our support staff will respond within one hour. You will also receive access to our online support resources and community forums. Business Critical Support: This is designed to meet the needs of customers who have deployed mission-critical automations, guaranteeing 24x7 support and availability and prompt response time and resolutions. In addition to quarterly meetings and regular reviews of support cases, you will benefit from a designated support team who will be familiar with the specifics of your deployment and can quickly provide customised support to ensure that you are receiving the maximum benefit and success from your SS&C Blue Prism investment.
