Our Architecture service guides you through every step of the journey of migration, from on-premise to cloud, or between cloud providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
We begin by meticulously evaluating your current IT infrastructure, application, data and business processes to craft cloud migration architecture.

Hybrid or Multi-Cloud: We design a cloud architecture that aligns with your specific needs – whether it's a hybrid approach seamlessly integrating on-premise infrastructure with the public cloud (like AWS, Azure or GCP), a private cloud for enhanced security, or a multi-cloud strategy avoiding single vendor lock-in and leveraging the best features from each provider.

We design architecture to seamlessly migrate data storage to a scalable public cloud solution for transactional databases or data warehouse use cases.

We partner with your delivery teams throughout the migration, providing walkthroughs and ongoing support.

We offer architecture support through two models: an outcome-based dedicated model where architects are allocated full-time to a single customer for an extended period, and a low-cost subscription model where architects are shared across multiple accounts. The subscription model enables us to grant access to highly experienced architects at significantly reduced costs, thereby maximising their impact across multiple organisations. Consequently, when a customer opts for our low-cost subscription model, our architects work remotely from our offices and/or from their homes, all within the UK.

We aim to respond within 24 hours during the working week. Support during weekends and bank holidays is provided on a best-efforts basis. Depending on customer demand, we are open to discussing and agreeing on out-of-hours support for exceptional scenarios, such as supporting go-live events or providing critical issue assistance by our architects.

Subscription ongoing support: For any ongoing engagement, support is included in the price, there is no additional charge. For example scenario: we are helping an organisation migrate to the cloud and a customer has taken our subscription package. Support is available 9 am - 5 pm all business days. Acknowledgement within 120 minutes of receiving enquiry.
