Headforwards uses an agile approach in the form of discovery workshops to understand the customers requirements. Our team consists of all the required roles to plan and implement software services. Headforwards breaks down planning to ensure value along the way allowing the customer to see value as early as possible. Planning this way and breaking down into 'chunks' not only support value but also accuracy in estimations of delivery. At Headforwards the team that will deliver the product are the people who will plan it, ensuring consistency and quality. Our offering is our digital academy training for drive, inexperienced, promising people to support buyers by building skills and great team behaviours. Headforwards do this in 2 ways - 1. Intensive 16 week course then moving to a placement or instant placement where Headforwards has people working with the buyer to train people on the job. Both methods have been successful. The academy can be for people who remain with and work for Headforwards or can be transferred to the buyer to support internal independence and company resilience
