Through activities within the contract, Hand and Millar Management Consulting will create employment opportunities and recruit into these opportunities to ensure the company meets the equality, diversity and inclusion aspirations of its Partners, employees and associates. H&M will seek out industry leading training scheme providers to supplement its internal development of all staff, including graduates.
