When Covid 19 hit, we instantly moved all our staff to remote working, all the necessary equipment and resources, from laptops to monitors that were essential for their work where moved to their home. We were already using MS Teams collaborative environment, which made the transition easier for us as a business and for all our clients.
While Covid 19 is still with us, we have now moved to a hybrid-working model and the option to come into the office if there is a requirement. We also give all our staff Covid 19 training and the option to come into the office if there is a requirement.Tackling economic inequality
