We provide tiered cloud support aligned to customer needs.
Standard Support is included within the service price. It provides email and ticket-based support during UK business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Requests are acknowledged within one business day and prioritised by severity. Support is delivered by experienced cloud engineers.
Enhanced Support is available at an additional cost and provides faster response times, extended support hours by prior agreement, and proactive operational assistance. This level includes access to a named technical contact acting as a cloud support engineer for continuity and escalation.
Premium Support can be agreed for complex or business-critical services and may include a dedicated technical account manager, agreed SLAs, and on-call support arrangements. Pricing for enhanced and premium support is agreed based on scope, service criticality, and required response times.
All support levels are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed.
