How the quality assurance and performance testing works
Functional User Testing and User Acceptance Testing are core parts of any project. FUT allows the client's technical team and other stakeholders to test the performance as the project proceeds through the development/implementation phases, enabling the DataNovata team to tune performance well before the UAT stage. At UAT further performance testing is undertaken to address any issues not raised during FUT.

How the support service works
The hosting platform is constantly monitored to ensure continuity of service. In the event of any issues, clients will be kept updated. For unexpected issues with the DataNovata software, the client can use the support phone line or dedicated email address, with responses and resolutions in accordance with the agreed SLA.

Support is only available remotely via a secure remote access channel or a supervised screen-share session. Access to standard support is only available during UK office hours. A 24/7 option is available if required.

However, a typical SLA will include responding to support requests within 2 hours by logging them on support portal and providing the ticket reference back to the client.
