- Functional User Testing and User Acceptance Testing are core parts of any project. FUT allows the client's technical team and other stakeholders to test the performance as the project proceeds through the development/implementation phases, enabling the DataNovata team to tune performance well before the UAT stage. At UAT further performance testing is undertaken to address any issues not raised during FUT.

- The hosting platform is constantly monitored to ensure continuity of service. In the event of any issues, clients will be kept updated. For unexpected issues with the DataNovata software, the client can use the support phone line or dedicated email address, with responses and resolutions in accordance with the agreed SLA.
