All customers get access to a dedicated Tines Customer Success Manager who can help you set-up your tenant, provide guidance on what stories to build, and ensure ongoing value is being delivered in the platform.The team consists of 10 US-based and 3 EMEA-based domain experts who are certified on the platform and resources. They are chartered with ensuring your ongoing success with Tines.
